AMOREM team member among first class of TCN-certified growth professionals

Hendersonville, NC—Teleios Collaborative Network (TCN) recently recognized the first six individuals to earn its new TCN-Certified Growth Professional designation, including AMOREM’s Chief Financial Officer Airnoi “Noy” Xaysanavongphet.
“Certified growth professionals have shown a consultative sales approach built on integrity, service and real partnership with the medical community,” said TCN Chief Growth Officer Alyson Cutshall, LMSW. “They can also clearly explain the value of appropriate hospice use to referral partners, eligible patients and families.”
The designation recognizes professionals who help strengthen referral relationships and communicate the value of hospice care. The educational program is part of TCN’s ongoing investment in the professional development of its member organizations’ teams.
“It’s an honor and privilege to get this certification to be a better partner with the medical community to ensure continuum of care for the patients and families that we serve,” said Noy Xaysanavongphet, chief financial officer of AMOREM.
“We are proud of Noy and her commitment to helping AMOREM reach more people who need our care,” said April L. Moore, chief executive officer of AMOREM. “Stronger relationships with healthcare partners can help patients and families learn about hospice sooner, understand their options and receive support when it can make the greatest difference. Noy’s training will support our efforts to expand access to care and give families more time to benefit from the comfort, guidance and support hospice provides.”
TCN is a nonprofit organization that brings together community-based nonprofit hospice and palliative care providers to share expert leadership, industry best practices and resources.
