AMOREM team members receive 'Care As It Should Be' awards
Teleios Collaborative Network (TCN) announced the fifth annual recipients of the Care As It Should Be awards during the August Board of Directors Meeting.
AMOREM is excited to share that two AMOREM team members were among the four recipients of this prestigious award: Deneen Moore, CNAII, and Chuck Crisp, FNP-C.
The purpose of the Care As It Should Be Awards is to recognize those individuals who make an extraordinary impact on the patients and families they serve daily. “We recognize that frontline staff consistently provide exceptional care to patients. These awards honor those who elevate that care even further—individuals who go above and beyond to ensure each patient’s experience is as compassionate, meaningful and supportive as possible during vulnerable and challenging times,” said Chris Comeaux, president and CEO of TCN.
Both Moore and Crisp exemplify the spirit of exceptional care in their respective roles. “Deneen’s dedication to hospice patients and Chuck’s commitment to those receiving hospice and palliative medicine reflect the compassion and skill our patients and families deserve,” said April L. Moore, CEO of AMOREM. “They bring knowledge, compassion and respect to every interaction. I am grateful for their dedication and proud to see them recognized by TCN.”
Driven by the conviction that “it is a blessing to be a blessing,” Deneen Moore, CNAII, has consistently provided compassionate, quality care day after day for more than three decades.
Chuck Crisp, FNP-C, consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every patient receives the compassionate, comprehensive care they deserve. He doesn’t just do the work—he sets the standard.
Moore and Crisp will receive a crystal-etched award along with a monetary gift. The monetary award may be used to further their education and/or to celebrate with their team members.
Comeaux added, “We congratulate all the nominees. TCN is proud to recognize those who are committed to the missions of their respective organizations and, most importantly, those who are on the front lines every day providing exemplary care”.
Teleios Collaborative Network is a nonprofit, clinically integrated network that shares expert leadership, industry best practices and resources with its member organizations. TCN was founded in 2017 by Four Seasons and Carolina Caring and co-founded by AMOREM and Mountain Valley organizations. TCN is currently comprised of 24 member organizations across 14 states.
