Two AMOREM CNAs receive certification

AMOREM certified nursing assistants Kira Orcutt, CNAII, CHPNA, and Emma David, CNAII, CHPNA, passed their Hospice and Palliative Credentialing Center exams and became Certified Hospice and Palliative Nursing Assistants.
The CHPNA certification is a professional credential designed for nursing assistants who specialize in hospice care and palliative medicine. The Hospice and Palliative Credentialing Center administers the exam that is designed for experienced hospice and palliative nursing assistants.
“I am incredibly proud of Kira Orcutt and Emma David for achieving their HPCC certification,” says Nurse Team Coordinator Julia Rivera. “Their dedication and commitment to professional growth and compassionate care exemplify the spirit of excellence that AMOREM strives for. Their achievement reflects their hard work and passion, and I could not be more proud.”
The certification process and exam validate and evaluate an individual’s expertise in a specialty area, such as hospice and palliative medicine. Achieving an HPCC certification shows that Orcutt and David have a mastery of knowledge in the field of hospice care and palliative medicine.
HPCC credentials show a clear commitment to safe, ethical and evidence-based care. The certification process allows Orcutt and David to sharpen their skills and knowledge, increase their competence and confidence during practice, participate with and learn from colleagues and so much more.
